Our Terms Of Service You must accept the terms of this Agreement in order to use the Services. Volcan Network reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, any Addendums and any policy or guideline incorporated by reference at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion, and to determine whether and when any such changes apply to both existing or future customers. Any changes or modification will be inform you . Your continued use of Services following any changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. TERMS AND CONDITIONS -
Service Rates: Subscriber acknowledges that the nature of the service furnished and the initial rates and charges have been communicated to Subscriber. Subscriber is aware that the Company may prospectively change the specified rates and charges from time to time. You will continue to pay the price set forth at your time of signup for the length of the selected service. -
Payment: All accounts are paid first. Once payment is receive account is activated. Each payment is due 30 days from the day paid. Failure to payment will cause termination of the account. No exceptions. You should charge your host before of expiration date of your service. We accept verified Paypal and Liberty Reserve . -
Refund and Disputes: All Payments To us Are Non-Refundable After The 30 Days Period Is Over ( For share Hosting ) and Are Non-Refundable After The 10 Days Period Is Over ( for reseller services ) . -
Account Cancellation: All requests for canceling accounts must be submitted with at least 6 days notice. Please remember, there are no refunds. You must have all account information to cancel. -
Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of the company and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, subscriber agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of the company. Subscriber further acknowledges that the company's liability for its own negligence may not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by subscriber for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss or injury. -
SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE): Volcan Network takes a zero tolerance approach to the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM over our network. Very simply this means that customers of Volcan Network may not use or permit others to use our network to transact in UCE. Customers of Volcan Network may not host, or permit hosting of, sites or information that is advertised by UCE from other networks. Violations of this policy carry severe penalties, including termination of service. -
Violation of Volcan Network's SPAM policy will result in severe penalties. Upon notification of an alleged violation of our SPAM policy, Volcan Network will initiate an immediate investigation (within 48 hours of notification). During the investigation, Volcan Network may restrict customer access to the network to prevent further violations. If a customer is found to be in violation of our SPAM policy, Volcan Network may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend or terminate customer's account. Further, Volcan Network reserves the right to pursue civil remedies for any costs associated with the investigation of a substantiated policy violation. Volcan Network will notify law enforcement officials if the violation is believed to be a criminal offense. -
First violations of this policy will result in an "Administrative Fee" of $10 and your account will be reviewed for possible immediate termination. A second violation will result in an "Administrative Fee" of $20 and immediate termination of your account. Users who violate this policy agree that in addition to these "Administrative" penalties, they will pay "Research Fees" not to exceed $175 per hour that Volcan Network personnel must spend to investigate the matter. PLEASE, DO NOT SPAM from your account. -
As our Customers (particularly resellers) are ultimately responsible for the actions of their clients over the Volcan Network , it is advisable that Customers develop a similar, or stricter, policy for their clients. -
Customer's use of account resources :The Customer should use all recourses provided by The Company in a manner that does not endanger the quality of the overall server performance. Such resources include but are not limited to: Server Memory Usage, CPU usage, MySQL server usage, mail server usage, web server usage etc. If any part of the Customer's account is found to violate the Account Resources Use policy below, the Company may take immediate corrective actions without prior warning. Failure by the Customer to maintain his/her account in full compliance with the terms listed below may result in a warning, resource usage limitations, suspension with no refund. -
Customer's use of email service The Customer should use the email and other related services in full compliance with the terms below: -
Each Customer's account is allowed to send a maximum of 100 emails per hour. Any account that exceeds this limitation is endangering the overall server performance. -
Each email sent by the Customer should have NO more than 20 recipients. Sending a single email to more than 20 recipients simultaneously is endangering the overall server performance. -
The use of email clients with IMAP protocol is allowed for mailboxes with a maximum size up to 200MB. Any use of IMAP with a bigger mailbox is endangering the overall server performance. -
The use of email clients with POP3 protocol is allowed for mailboxes with a maximum size up to 100MB. Any use of POP3 with a bigger mailbox is endangering the overall server performance. -
The Company allows up to 100 checks per hour for a POP3 mailbox. Any use of POP3 service to check a mailbox more often than 100 times per hour is endangering the overall server performance. -
Customer's use of DataBase Resources Customer should use the MySQL and Post-Gre database server resources in a way that does not endanger the quality of the overall server performance. A database that generates more than 10% of the database queries longer than 1 second at any given time endangers the overall server performance. The Customer is responsible to manage his/her database(s) so that it is in compliance with this policy. -
Customer's Use of Shared Server CPU The Customer account should NOT use more than 20% of the shared server CPU for a period longer than 60 seconds. Any account that is using more than 20% of the shared server CPU for more than 60 seconds is endangering the overall shared server performance. -
Customer use of Server Memory The Customer account should NOT use more than 100MB of the server memory resources at any given time. Any account that is using more than 65 MB of the shared server memory is endangering the overall shared server performance. -
Other Customer's account limitations The limitations listed below apply to each Customer's account and failure by the Customer to comply with them will endanger the overall server performance: -
No more than 20 simultaneous processes will be executed by the Customer's account at any given time. -
No Cron Jobs with execution period shorter than 30 minutes will be executed from the Customer's account. -
No more than 10 simultaneous connections from a single IP to the Customer's account are allowed. -
Data Loss: Our server get backup daily , but is not and will not be held responsible for any data loss that may occur due to your (or any other person(s)) use or misuse of our services. You can back up their data through the provided control panel, it is recommended that you do this regularly. -
Content Site : We don't allow Crack, Wares , sex sites and political affiliation -
Dedicated IP :Dedicated IPs can be added to each customer's account. The company will charge the appropriate fee for the dedicated IP. The fee is applied and should be paid on a per year basis. The fee is non-refundable. Renewal fee is due for each Dedicated IP one year after the initial order. The Dedicated IP is granted only after the reason for the dedicated IP request is approved by the Company. Additional one-time non-refundable fee is applied to the standard Dedicated IP fee, if the reason for the IP is an External SSL installation.The Company may change the dedicated IP address of the customer to another IPv4 compatible IP address after giving the Customer as much prior notice as reasonably practicable. -

Terms of Use Change : The Company reserves the right to change the above terms of use at any time. Such changes will become effective and binding after their posting on The Website. The Customer agrees to regularly review the Company Terms of Use and be aware of the changes made. By continuing to use the Company services after a revision has been posted, the Customer agrees to abide by them. |
